PROGRAM

Breeding: to start again the breeding of the horse of the Kyrgyz type according to three dies distinct - saddle horse (work, sport, leisure), meat, milk – on the whole regional teritory, with technical support provided to the stockbreeders, campaigns information, council of experts and development of the network of exchanges between supply and demand.The rehabilitation of the horse of the kyrgyz type fits not only in the field of the breeding, but also in the fields of the culture, the sport, the tourism and more particularly of the ecotourism.

Agro-alimentary: to support a study of the international market for the dairy production (dried mare milk in powder), for the installation of pilote projects according to various stages of production - breeding, milked, collection of milk, transformation, marketing. The aim is to give again to the kyrgyz horse a place and a role in the Kirgiz culture and the national economy.

Eco-tourism: to support the use of the horses of the Kyrgyz type by the touristic companies, knowing that physical and mental qualities of this horse, whose maintenance is not very expensive, make of it an excellent mounting for the hikers.

Sports: to revive and to develop the races on long distance and on mountainous ground, knowing that the races “marathon” are the principal engine of the revival of the breeding of the saddle horses.

Genetic and cultural inheritance: to integrate the safeguard and the rehabilitation of the Kyrgyz horse in the programs which develop the national and international Institutions, whose objectives are into the framework of the protection of the biodiversity and the diversity of the cultures.

Culture: to rehabilitate the Kyrgyz horse in the field of the artistic expression, and to instigate the revival of the traditional craft industry (saddlery, weaving, felt, embroideries) by a support to the artists and craftsmen (organization of exhibitions, concerts, poetic contests…).
