THE PRESS REVIEW OF THE FESTIVAL & THE KYRGYZ HORSE

Since 2001, the kyrgyz horse is the subject of many articles and reports in the newspapers, radio and TV. In 2005, the festival At Chabysh raised a keen interest on behalf of the media, with the presence of thirty-six journalists, photographers and cameramen Kyrgyz, Europeans and American (press articles and films available on request).

Equidia, the chain of the horse, devotes its June to the safeguard of the Kyrgyz horse. This small horse of the mountains, identity of the nomad people, disappeared under the Soviet era. Jacqueline Ripart, enquiring, photographer and film maker, works on the rebirth of this disappeared race.
