As many cultural and sport events to celebrate the horse, the traditions and the heroes of the Kyrgyz people, while supporting the intercultural exchanges.

As many emotions for the spectators of the third edition of this international festival, created in 2005 by the Foundation Kyrgyz Ate.

The opening ceremony will be the occasion of a cultural day and an exceptional spectacle on October 31, 2007, in a high cultural hall of Bichkek.

The sport and cultural events, as well as the closure and award ceremony, will proceed on November 2 , 3 and 4 on the superb natural site of Ak Tuz, close to Baskoon village, at the edge of the lake Issyk Kul.

One of the main points of the festival will be the horse race Bash baïgue, on long distance and in the mountains, between 1.800 and 2.000 meters of altitude, on Sunday November 4, start and finish on Ak Tuz plateau.
